About Us

Since 2001, when he opened his first brick & mortar retail store, Professor Q' Sports Solutions founder and CEO Charles Norman has been dedicated to getting the best skill development products and training resources into the hands of parents of youth athletes.

Youth athletics has been a rite of passage for millions of young athletes throughout history, as it has become more competitive and specialized, many parents are discovering that the sign them up and hope for the best ways of the past no longer works, and is resulting in their child getting more bench time than playing time.

Here at Professor Q's we don't wring our hands worrying about the state of youth sports and the direction in which it's heading. Instead we say here are the tools and resources to even the playing field or if your child is willing to put in the work, even lean it in their favor.

We're not looking to create superstar athletes, in fact the namesake of this site, 'Professor Q' simply believed that every child could contribute to the success of their team, they just need to learn how. Mr. Norman's take is a little more radical, he wants to wipe-out the current youth sports accepted methodology of kids going to practice, working hard and then watching the actual games from the bench, never getting to play.
